I loved the first year of the Free 52 Project so much. I found fulfillment through it in ways that I hadn’t found from anything else. By the following year I was eager to keep it up. Then, life happened… majorly. In May we began a journey that led us to the discovery of Toxic Mold in our home. By July we moved out in order to go through an extensive remediation process. On February 7th, we stepped back into our home as residents again. There have been so many emotions throughout this journey. It’s been such a long, trying & heartbreaking process. We watched family members health suffer, we lost all of our personal belongings to contamination & our entire house was gutted without the assistance of insurance. This left very little time, much less desire, to partake in much of anything. Now that we are back home & seem to be more stable, I’m eager to get back to this project. Freelensing is therapeutic for me, I need to make it a priority. So while this months post is lame & short, it is most definitely a start.
